rabbithole reads your local chrome browsing history solely to generate ai-powered weekly summaries. your history data is sent only to the ai provider you configure (anthropic or openai) using your own api key, and only when you explicitly trigger an analysis. we do not collect, store, or transmit your data to any rabbithole-controlled server. your api key is stored locally in chrome's storage and never leaves your device except to authenticate directly with anthropic or openai. no analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind is used. no account is required.
